Senior Manager, Deltek Technology Advisory
Join Aprio's Technology Advisory team and help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Manager, Deltek Technology Advisory to join their dynamic team. This role is part of Aprio's Aerospace, Defense, & Government Contracting Advisory practice, where you will support clients in advancing their strategic initiatives across optimization, adoption, training, process improvement, and ongoing support related to Deltek Costpoint (ERP). This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to contribute to a rapidly growing GovCon-focused practice within our firm. As our newest Manager, you will work alongside Aprio's existing NetSuite, Sage, Acumatica, Unanet, and Intuit teams, among others.
Responsibilities:
Assist advisory leadership with practice budgets, goals, and performance tracking
Support growth of the Deltek Costpoint team to expand delivery capacity and business development support
Provide feedback and support to developing team members
Support Deltek Costpoint partner relationships
Participate in practice management meetings and related follow-up actions
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and challenge outdated processes
Maintain awareness of status, action items, risks, and open issues, and support resolution efforts
Business Development & Client Management
Support business development efforts through networking and external relationship building
Assist Aprio leadership with identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new client opportunities
Participate in client meetings for information gathering and feedback
Support development of referral and channel partner relationships
Assist with scoping new work and aligning proposed services to client needs
Apply knowledge of ERP and related technologies to support business development, solution positioning, and successful delivery
Go-to-Market
Assist advisory leadership with refining go-to-market strategies and service offerings
Support the development and rollout of targeted Deltek Costpoint solutions
Participate in webinars, campaigns, and related marketing efforts with Deltek Costpoint and other partners
Support internal training and development materials for the practice
Administrative
Participate in internal meetings, presentations, reporting, and firm initiatives
Follow Aprio processes, procedures, and administrative requirements
Complete operational and firm initiative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years' combined experience in accounting, operations, customer success, and management of technology systems preferred (especially ERP)
Experience implementing ERPS, and due to this position's nature, Deltek Costpoint is required
High attention to detail and the ability to manage a wide book of clients
Experience in management of a business unit and team members is preferred
Experience in a professional services firm is preferred
$160,000 - $225,000 a year The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
