Do you enjoy communicating with people and want to get into the world of work as quickly as possible? Then our internal dialogue center is the right place for you. In our dialogue center, as a service specialist for dialogue marketing, you will make calls to potential new customers and existing customers, for example regarding problems that entrepreneurs have with their customers and would like our support in this regard.
You will complete your training at our German headquarters in Bruchköbel near Hanau and support our team in advising new customers and introducing them to solutions with our company
At the end of your training, you will be a Chamber of Commerce and Industry-certified service worker for dialogue marketing.
These are your tasks
You communicate by telephone and in writing with regular and new customers You enter data in the system, store it and maintain it You will learn all the activities that occur in a dialogue center This is what you bring with you
You enjoy making phone calls and are helpful You can articulate yourself well You enjoy working on the PC You are fluent in written and spoken German Our offer for you
