NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THATthe City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced architectural and engineering firms for the Wrangell Schools Renovations – 3 Sites Project Design .
Responding firms will provide complete design, permitting, construction administration and inspection of the scope of work for the renovations outlined. The full Request for Qualifications solicitation may be obtained by downloading a copy, along with listed Appendices, from the City and Borough of Wrangell’s website (www.wrangell.com ) under the Bids and RFP section. Statements of Qualifications are due i n the office of the Borough Clerk until 2:00 PM prevailing time on August 21, 2025.
This project provides for the partial renovation of 3 schools located in the Wrangell SchoolDistrict and includes:
Evergreen Elementary School
Stikine Middle School
Wrangell High School
P.O. Box 531 Wrangell, AK 99929 907-874-2381 City Hall Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
