Lead Engineer, Chemical Processing CI

Entegris is currently seeking aLeadChemical Processing Engineerto joinour Specialty Chemicals Manufacturingteam.

In this role, you willplay a critical role in driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainability within specialtychemicalsmanufacturing. This role is focused onoptimizingreactor-based processes, improving yields, reducing waste, and strengthening the development and governance of manufacturing master data. The engineer will partner closely with Operations, Process Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS toidentify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance

WhatYou'llDo

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across specialtychemicalsmanufacturing operations.

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects aligned with site and division-level performance goals.

• Standardize best practices and drive adoption of consistent manufacturing and operational excellence tools.

• Develop and implement reactor optimization strategies to improve throughput, yield, energy efficiency, and cycle time.

• Lead yield improvement and waste reduction initiatives.

• Lead improvement efforts related to manufacturing master data including BOMs, routings, and recipes.

• Use data-driven analysis toidentifyvariability drivers and implement sustainable process controls

WhatWeSeek

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineeringor similar technical field or related experience isrequired. AMaster'sdegree is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) of increasing responsibilities within a global, multicultural, multi-location organization serving a high technology industry.

• Proficientwithreaction/distillation/separationprocesses and critical control parameters.

• Experiencewithstatistics and statistical software

• Proficiencywith SAP Enterprise softwareandMicrosoftOffice Suite

• Ability to travel up to30%
