Responsibilities
Support Mechanical Design Optimization Projects: Contribute to projects aimed at improving our engineering and manufacturing processes.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and process raw data and conduct analysis to support data-driven project prioritization.
Quality Assurance: Assist in providing quality assurance for new designs and bills of material to ensure they meet our high standards.
Cost/Benefit Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive cost/benefit analyses for proposed projects.
Troubleshooting and Clarification: Work closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and clarify design concerns, ensuring smooth implementation and production.
Qualifications
BE or Equivalent.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manufacturing teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality assurance.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency in problem-solving.
Experience in engineering or manufacturing processes is a plus.
Familiarity with CREO and/or AutoCAD is a plus.
Skills: Creo, Windchill, NPD, Sheetmetal and Plastic component design, AutoCAD.
