We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Marketplace Analyst

to support and optimize performance across our third-party marketplace channels. This role sits at the intersection of eCommerce, data analytics, and digital strategyfocused on uncovering insights that drive revenue, improve customer experience, and enhance operational performance.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and partnering cross-functionally to influence business decisions.
What Youll Do
???? Marketplace Performance & Analytics
Monitor daily performance across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and DoorDash
Track and analyze key KPIs including sales, conversion rate, traffic, pricing, and profitability
Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Conduct SKU-level and channel-level deep dives to identify trends and opportunities
???? Insights & Strategy
Translate data into actionable insights to support merchandising and marketing decisions
Identify growth opportunities and flag risks impacting marketplace performance
Support pricing and promotional strategy through data analysis
???? Competitive & Category Analysis
Analyze competitor pricing, assortment, ratings, and marketplace positioning
Provide insights into category trends across gifting, floral, and perishable products
?? Operations & Performance Monitoring
Track operational KPIs such as fulfillment, cancellations, and customer satisfaction
Support root cause analysis for performance issues (e.g., delivery delays, listing suppression)
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall marketplace health
???? Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketplace, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and CX teams
Support weekly business reviews and leadership reporting with key insights
What Were Looking For
13+ years of experience in

eCommerce, marketplace, or analytics roles
Hands-on experience with

Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms

strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Experience with

data visualization tools

(Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with

SQL or large datasets
Familiarity with

pricing strategy, A/B testing, or profitability analysis
Experience in

retail, eCommerce, or perishable/gifting categories
