The type of content developed will include narrative writing, graphics, flow charts, organizational charts, and diagrams. The successful candidate must be able to ensure all components are consistent, complete, and assembled within required timeframes. The source material for content will include interviews and some writing from Project Managers (PM) and Subject Matter Experts (SME), reports and deliverables generated by projects, Performance Work Statements (PWS), and corporate staff and data. After working with C-suite executive staff to develop messaging themes and organizing ideas, the successful candidate will research and interview source material and generate content. Duties associated with this role may include, but are not limited to: Working with corporate leadership or other content \"owners\" to understand messaging and win-themes. Becoming thoroughly familiar with the work our organization performs through scope research, interviews, and review of project documents and deliverables. Creating visually appealing proposal responses and content that direct the reader to informative and persuasive key points throughout the document. Developing skeleton proposal outlines and fully developed responses. Interviewing in-house Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Project Managers (PM). Capturing data from PMs and other sources to generate relevant and valid facts, statistics, and proof-points for proposals. Finding key points, quotes, or facts and generate call-out boxes to highlight accomplishments. Reviewing and analyzing solicitation (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) documentation as part of the opportunity analysis and proposal development process. Contributing to our mission of providing customized, accurate, real-time capture intelligence, uniquely available with SRE. Supporting various proposal development activities, such as resume formatting, compliance reviews, and coordination with teaming partners. Maintaining and continually enhancing SRE's pipeline/proposal management platform, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improvement and performing the necessary modifications to make new capabilities available to end-users. Supporting various inter-departmental projects and initiatives as an extension of proposal writing and submitting. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Skills: Knowledge of research techniques used in collecting, tabulating, evaluating, and presenting data. Knowledge of procedures and techniques used in interview subject matter experts. Knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet, and graphic computer software applications. Skill in, and advanced expertise, with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and SharePoint. Skill in creating and improving processes. Skill in business acumen. Skill in proposal writing and presenting. Skill in defining problems, conducting research, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions, and formulating recommendations. Ability to operate a personal computer. Experience: Five or more years of professional proposal writing experience in the federal space. Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $80,000 - $120,000/year. This position is under general supervision and is responsible for planning, preparing, issuing and controlling production schedules and coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. The planner advises management on the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contributes to efficient operation of organization by inputting to or preparing short and long-range plans and schedules, reports, and providing progress follow-up and adjustment information.

Develops planning activities that support schedule development; schedules, monitors performance, analyzes and reports on activities to ensure flow of material.

Develops manufacturing work orders in accordance with Material Requirement Planning (MRP) planned order requirements; guides manufacturing on action(s) to be taken. Research development
on-planned development planning experience.

Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues; performs product assessments for part or product designs; provides input for manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.

Processes work orders and material transactions for non-conformance material dispositions. Interprets engineering change orders (ECO), implements dispositions affecting stock, work in progress, and NEXT assembly.

Develops standard and non-standard reports; identifies issues, exceptions and variances and develops solutions to moderately complex issues; reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.

Represents group in interdepartmental activity with quality, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering and inventory control.

Alerts operating or project management to deviation from established norms; develops and recommends solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

May perform physical movement of hardware.

Job Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Planning, Engineering, Production Control or a related discipline and three or more years progressive experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting and performance measurement. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.

Must have a general understanding of manufacturing planning principles, theories and concepts as well as ability to understand accounting and manufacturing systems in a research or production environment and to learn and apply basic planning tools and techniques; and knowledge of concepts and principles of planning to develop solutions to a variety of problems.

Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearance is required.
