Client Service Administrator

The Client Service Administrator is responsible for coordinating overall event logistics for the practice and managing client communication and touch points for all events. The Client Service Administrator reports to and is employed by Fusion Financial Group. This position is 40 hours a week, schedule to be set at time of offer. Compensation is $22/hr. Benefits include: 401K with match and PTO.
Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Plan and coordinate practice led events
Execute events (practice led, Thrivent Member Network events, etc.)
Attend all client events greeting clients as they arrive
Track RSVPs prior and manage all event follow up
Client outreach for events over phone, email, text, etc.
Manage Salesforce event campaigns
Update Client Relationship Management systems as needed
Support the lead advisors with variety of functions and tasks
Position Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or event management role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn
Basic understanding of our products, services, and Thrivent Financial

As part of Fusion Financial Group's recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process. In addition, fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
