Curriculum awareness: know the challenges, adapt instruction using graphic organizers, model essay analysis, structured drafting for students from middle school to college.
Effective teaching methods: identify common struggles, explain concepts with multiple approaches, adapt to individual learning needs.
Strong communication and friendly, engaging teaching style.
