• Agricultural Products Associate
• Location: Grocery Retail Store
• General Position Description: The agricultural products associate is responsible for increasing customer trust and loyalty by providing courteous and fast service, consistent operational conditions, and a friendly atmosphere.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Provide continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist, and thank customers in a quick, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Offer product suggestions when appropriate.
• Store and rotate departmental products to ensure freshness and date control; restock and use supplies efficiently to eliminate waste and keep supply cost lower.
• Operate department equipment and tools.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards; report to management about faulty equipment and hazards.
• Notify management about team member theft, customer theft, unauthorized discounts, property deterioration, or any action that is illegal and/or contrary to company policy.
• Perform other related work tasks assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same.
• Completion of pre-employment background check.

Preferred: High level of integrity and reliability.
