Flagship Facility Services - 500 Central Terminal Drive - Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, and waxing; Operate and maintain specialized floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and burnishers; Respond promptly to spills and other floor-related maintenance needs to ensure safety and prevent accidents; Apply appropriate floor finishes and treatments according to established procedures; Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional care or repairs
