UX Quantitative Researcher
Lead the design and interpretation of large-scale quantitative research studies to improve the digital experience for our clients. Work with UX, product management, and technology teams to translate user insights into actionable recommendations. Influence all stages of product development by providing data-driven feedback and driving continuous improvement cycles.

Responsibilities
• Conduct survey research, in-product intercepts, and behavioral analytics to uncover insights.

• Analyze complex data sets, integrate self‑reported and behavioral data for driver, longitudinal impact, and experimental studies.

• Present findings and recommend product changes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in an applied research setting.

3+ years of product research experience.

Expertise in survey design and analysis.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and concrete recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience designing, collecting, and analyzing data from site intercepts.

Expertise in descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistics (t‑test, correlations, regression analysis) and experimental design.

Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, Qualtrics) and data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Human‑Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.

Experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (Director level and above).

Experience building data dashboards.
