The team experiments with new approaches (including AI) to increase impact and efficiency, and values strong communication, collaboration, and user advocacy to influence outcomes across many teamseven when the final decisions sit elsewhere.**About you:*** Proven track record of influencing product direction with actionable customer insights.* 2+ years of experience in UX research (or UX/product design with a strong research focus).* Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.* An online case-study portfolio showcasing research artifacts, process, and impact; required for consideration.* Experience leveraging research outputs to remove roadblocks, reduce churn, and help teams deliver on outcomes while strengthening relationships across teams and with end users.* Comfortable working with large product analytics datasets; base-level proficiency in data analytics languages such as Python and SQL.* Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to advocate for users and drive action on insights across diverse stakeholders.**Preferred Skills:*** Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or AdTech.* Experience with business intelligence or data visualization products.* Experience with telemetry and instrumentation data analysis.* Experience using AI tools or agents (e.g., NotebookLM, Gemini) within a research practice.* Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.The approximate annual base compensation range is $77,000 to $111,500.
