12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5:45PM-6:00AM nights or 5:45AM-6:00PM days
Week 1 = Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
Week 2 = Sun, Wed, Thur
Week 1 = 49 hours
Week 2 = 36.75 hours

What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses
- Monitor print quality, color, and registration to meet customer specs
- Perform make-readies, changeovers, and routine press maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to keep production running smoothly
- Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and quality to deliver great results
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards every shift
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating flexographic presses (wide or narrow web)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read job tickets and follow production specs
- Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, improve, and take pride in your work
