Administrative Support
Provides general administrative, clerical, and project coordination support. Maintains area files, correspondence, reports, and other documentation. Coordinates, completes, and delivers required reporting. Tasks are varied and usually require area specific knowledge to complete work.
This position is a hybrid role from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. This position is located at 2401 Faraway Drive, Columbia SC 29223.
To qualify for this position, you'll need the following:
Required Education: Associate's
Degree Equivalency: 2 years job related work experience
Required Work Experience: 1 year office or administrative support experience.
Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent grammar, letter writing and telephone skills. Organizational and customer service skills. Good judgment. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Required Software and Tools: Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of business area goals and objectives. Analytical or critical thinking skills. Ability to use complex mathematical calculations. Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence.
