Assist with policy changes, certificates, and account servicing
Communicate with insurance carriers and internal teams

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Willingness to pursue insurance education and licensing
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic math and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional phone and customer service skills
