Internal Finance Account Manager

Responsibilities
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting key performance metrics.
Collaborate with executive management and division managers to develop annual budgets.
Prepare, improve, and issue monthly financial statements for executive management and external parties.
Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Maintain effective accounts receivable collection processes.
Maximize return on financial assets by establishing and enforcing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
Monitor financial condition through internal audits and coordination with external auditors.
Assist with screening, hiring, training, and retaining accounting staff; conduct performance reviews and develop corrective action plans.
Support continuous professional development in leadership, management, and team building.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
12 months of experience in the Accounting and/or Finance field.
Compensation: $84,760.00 per year
