InterimHealthCare is seeking a driven, relationship focused Home Health Care Marketer (BDR) to expand our presence in the community and strengthen partnerships with key referral sources. This role plays a vital part in connecting patients and families with the high-quality home care services they need.
Position Overview
The BDR/Marketer is responsible for developing, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners—including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other community organizations. This position requires professionalism, integrity, and a strong understanding of home health services and value based care.
Key Responsibilities
Implement strategic account development plans to grow market share within large, complex referral and payor organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources across targeted markets and service lines.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to community groups and organizations to promote Interim HealthCare services.
Collaborate with the Administrator to establish and monitor referral tracking systems, including source and disposition.
Execute and maintain key account plans in partnership with the Administrator.
Meet regularly with operational managers to review customer service performance and ensure alignment with target account needs.
Represent Interim HealthCare at community events, professional meetings, and outreach opportunities.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience , preferably in healthcare services.
Strong understanding of home healthcare, referral networks, and payor systems.
Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive business growth.
