Description

First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in our Lubbock Operations Center.
Responsibilities:
Customer inquiries
Complete wire transfers
Issue EMV Chip Debit Cards
Perform debit card maintenance
Generate routine department reports
Direct customers accordingly in the call center
Minor bookkeeping duties
Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required
Qualifications

Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Proficient In Microsoft Applications
Strong Written And Oral Communications Skills
Must Be Able to Perform Well Both as an Individual and within a Team
Ability To Multitask in a Fast Paced Work Environment
Detail Oriented
Preferred:
Previous Banking Experience
