We’re seeking a Full-Time QMAP to support residents with dignity, respect, and purpose.

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.40/hr (based on experience)
Status: Full-Time

Your Role

• Administer medications safely and accurately


• Assist residents with daily living activities


• Support mealtime needs and maintain clean living spaces


• Encourage independence and foster positive relationships

What You’ll Bring

• Current QMAP certification in Colorado


• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days)


• Experience in long-term care preferred


• Compassion, patience, and a heart for service
