Main Responsibilities of a Host
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take to go orders from customers accurately and efficiently
Deal with money transactions while closing checks
Host Job Description
The host is the first and last person our guests interact with, and is important that they are able to do so in a friendly and welcoming manner.
The host will also be taking to go order from our guests via phone and in person, so will need to learn our menu.
Aside from greeting, seating, and organizing the waitlist of our customers, the host will also be in charge of closing checks and keeping the host area clean and organized.
Responsibilities of a Bartender
Greeting customers
Taking to go orders
Seat and organize the customer wait list and reservations
Answer phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
Help the bussers and servers by communicating them what is needed, and who will be sat where
Keep a clean and organized work area
