Job Description
This role supports the executive leadership team within Manufacturing's Stellantis Industrial System department.
Responsibilities
Support the annual communications strategic plan which includes story development for internal and external audiences, campaign content development, and support on the key Stellantis Industrial System strategic messages to both internal and external audiences
Manage and execute communication posts/bulletins/letters to internal/external stakeholders for Stellantis
Support of global and regional events such as Employee Townhalls, workshops, conferences and other strategic business events to support the missions of Manufacturing
Create videos, graphics and visual communication content and materials to support ongoing implementation of the Stellantis Industrial System
Collaborate with regional and global corporate communications colleagues
Identify storytelling opportunities that enhance the company's reputation as a customer‑centric organization
Create compelling content for both internal and external audiences (i.e., key messages, Q&A, news releases, videos, social media, etc.)
Works with various departments to follow, analyze and execute consistent communications
Contributes to employee engagement initiatives including workshops, community service activities and cross functional events
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
2 or more years of relevant work experience in internal or corporate communications
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, digital, graphic design)
Ability to write concise, captivating messaging for various audiences
Ability to support local and global projects, working harmoniously in a multi‑cultural environment
Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, collaborative, proactive and flexible
Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesStrong skillset with Adobe, MS Office programs, and SharePoint
Willingness to travel regionally or globally, as required
