As a Dispatcher, you play a critical role in keeping our service and sales teams operating efficiently while ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our customers.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast?paced environment, and enjoys coordinating people, schedules, and priorities throughout the day.Position OverviewThe Dispatcher is responsible for maximizing technician productivity while maintaining excellent communication with customers and field teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, quick decision?making abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.What You’ll DoSchedule and dispatch technicians based on customer requests, call urgency, and technician availabilityCommunicate with technicians throughout the day via phone and dispatch systemsRelay work orders, job updates, and key information to techniciansTrack technician start times, departure times, routes, and job progressMaintain a daily dispatch matrix including technician routes, locations, specialties, tools, and qualificationsAssign jobs to the appropriate technician based on skillset and availabilityAnticipate route, scheduling, or parts issues and make quick, sound decisionsRespond to special customer requests related to service callsOrder parts for special jobs and track pending partsFollow up on recommended and pending workForecast workload 2-3 days in advanceContact customers regarding parts status and job updatesMaintain technician schedules including vacation, sick time, and weekend rotationsInteract with technicians daily to ensure smooth operationsWhat We’re Looking ForDispatch experiencehighly preferredBilingual in Spanish highly preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast?paced environmentExcellent communication and phone skillsStrong decision?making and problem?solving abilitiesPassion for delivering excellent customer serviceHigh level of integrity and professionalismReliable attendance and dependabilityTeam?oriented mindsetRequired SkillsTyping and basic computer skillsTime management and task prioritizationAbility to clearly communicate schedules, expectations, and updatesYour Future Starts HereThis is more than an entry?level role—it’s a career opportunity with one of the fastest?growing companies in the nation.
