Private Wealth Business Development Professional
Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Private Wealth Business Development team in expanding our business support, analytics, and reporting capabilities. This role will have a variety of responsibilities and will work in close coordination across Private Wealth & Blackstone teams to:
Support global fundraising reporting across a suite of flagship perpetual fund offerings and global sales channels
Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of business initiatives
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior-level management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts
Assist in global strategic planning and business management
Create measurement frameworks for global initiatives with relevant KPIs
Drive best practices around data management, including proactive efforts to ensure data integrity and quality control
Support management of datasets and tools to enable efficient, effective, and accurate reporting
Consolidate, organize, and manage information from numerous internal and external sources
Collaborate with technology, data, and platform teams to monitor performance of data feeds and coordinate resolution as needed
Qualifications:

In addition, the successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:
2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, or other related business experience
Prior sales reporting or FP&A experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset; develops innovative solutions to business challenges
Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge and proficiency of Tableau, Salesforce, and Sigma
Highly motivated and driven; works effectively in a team environment
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills

Expected annual base salary range:
$100,000 - $130,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
