McLaren Health Care - - Responsibilities: Deliver quality customer service by answering incoming phone calls or contacting patients by phone to determine appropriate exam/test/procedure and schedule patient appropriately.; Review screening form and obtain/verify patient and insurance information to ensure accuracy and completeness.; Update patient record, including any notes necessary for the technologist, customer, or future reference.; Follows site-specific protocols and keeps protocol documentation up-to-date to ensure compliance.; Obtains proper approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate.
