Entry-Level Inventory / IT Technician
Harvest Preparatory Academy is a K-12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis Arizona. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented entry-level Inventory / IT Technician to support campus-wide inventory operations and provide basic IT assistance across two campuses. Harvest Preparatory Academy prides itself on excellence; we are looking for a candidate that will enhance our level of excellence and take pride in their work.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records for all campus equipment, including instructional, operational, and IT assets
Receive, track, issue, transfer, and store equipment for two campuses
Assist with routine inventory audits and reconciliation
Keep inventory and storage areas organized and orderly
Coordinate with campus staff regarding equipment requests and availability
Maintain basic inventory documentation and logs
IT Support:
Respond to helpdesk tickets from teachers and staff
Provide basic troubleshooting for devices, printers, and classroom technology
Assist with setup, deployment, and replacement of equipment
Escalate technical issues as needed
Communicate clearly regarding ticket status and resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to stay focused, multitask, and follow through on assigned tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, applications and settings
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work between two campuses as needed
Preferred (but Not Required):
Experience in inventory, clerical, warehouse, or school-related roles
Basic familiarity with computers, printers, or classroom technology
Interest in learning IT and technical support skills
