Who You’ll Be
As the first friendly face guests see, you’ll set the tone for their entire Rioz experience. You’re not just managing the door—you’re creating great first impressions and smooth transitions from entrance to feast.
A Day at Our Door
Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and a touch of flair
Manage seating flow and waitlists like a pro (digital tools to help!)
Clearly communicate wait times and dining details
Assist with takeout orders and phone management
Keep the host area sharp and guest-ready
Team up with servers to keep things moving and memorable
Reset tables, run food, and lend a hand whenever it helps
The Host We’re Looking For
16 or older with strong communication chops
Guest-focused with a natural ease under pressure
Organized and quick on your feet—even during the dinner rush
Familiar with POS systems or eager to learn
Previous experience in hospitality? Bonus points!
Alcohol Safety Certification a plus (or we’ll get you there)
