Who you are:
The Host is a vital member of the Service team as the first impression and point of contact with every guest and visitor at the restaurant. The Host must exude warmth and hospitality and is a partner to the Maître D’ in plotting, planning, and updating the dining room to efficiently coordinate seatings throughout each service.
What you’ll do:
As a Host at our restaurant, you are the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Your duties include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations through OpenTable, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring an efficient flow of guests in and out of the restaurant.
A friendly demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and the ability to anticipate and meet customer needs will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
What we need from you:
At least 1 year experience in a Server role in a full-service restaurant
Must have current Food Handler and TABC permits
Must be flexible with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
Ability to carry and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation to/from work

Hourly rate of $14-16, dependent on experience
