Restaurant Host / Guest Relations Specialist
We are looking for an energetic and articulate Restaurant Host to be the welcoming face and voice of our establishment. As the first point of contact, you are essential in setting the tone for every guest's dining experience, ensuring professional and warm hospitality from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greeting and seating all in-person guests in a timely and professional manner.
Managing all phone communication —answering calls, taking reservations, and responding to guest inquiries clearly and calmly.
Effectively managing the seating chart to optimize flow and minimize guest wait times.
Acquiring detailed knowledge of the menu, restaurant layout, and daily specials to confidently answer general guest questions.
Working closely with the serving and management teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patron.
Requirements & Qualifications
Is at least 16 years of age .
Demonstrates a proven commitment to providing high-quality customer service and gracious hospitality.
Has excellent communication skills , including the ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone.
Maintains a casual but professional appearance at all times.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle guest concerns with a sense of calm and professionalism.
Details
Pay: $10 per hour plus tip outs (great potential for higher earnings!)
Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available.
