Generac Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the leadership in their assigned departments by scheduling meetings, events, and organizing executive calendars.
Major Responsibilities

Creates and prepares routine reports and presentations.
Organizes multiple schedules for leaders, including travel and meeting logistics
Plans and supports meetings and events, including communication, facilitation and execution
Prepares meeting agendas and follows up on action items
Ensures all supported departments have adequate supplies
Completes daily inquiries via phone, email, mail, and processes all outgoing mail
Creates Purchase Receipts and Purchase Orders for the department
Handles various aspects of New Employee Onboarding, including system sign-on and organizing training onboarding schedules
Maintains project dashboards and status updates for leadership
Minimum Job Requirements

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Certification / License
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience in an office environment.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal communication
Exceptional customer service skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
