Your Role: As an Assistant Community Manager , you’ll play a key role in supporting the Community Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll help maintain high occupancy, provide top-notch resident services, and assist with financial and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Support the Community Manager in overseeing property operations
Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations
Handle rent collections and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
Help coordinate maintenance and vendor services
Contribute to marketing and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
Knowledge of property management software is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
