Edition Studios is a boutique branding and marketing agency based in Minneapolis. We work with a focused roster of clients across real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and professional services — and we build the kind of brand work and content that actually moves people.
The Content & Production Manager is the creative engine behind our content operation. This role originates ideas — social concepts, campaign directions, storytelling approaches — and owns them from the first spark through the final publish. You’ll work directly alongside our Account Executive, Digital Marketing Strategist, and design team to keep content moving strategically and efficiently across every client account.
This is an equal blend of content strategist and project manager. The best person for this role is someone who can walk into a brainstorm and generate ten strong ideas, then immediately build the plan to execute them.
/ RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Ideation & Campaign Concepting Lead internal brainstorming sessions and develop monthly and campaign-based content direction across client accounts. Translate brand strategy into clear content themes, storytelling approaches, and concepts ready for client review.
Content Strategy & Creative Direction Plan, write, and edit multi-channel content across social, email, web, and blog. Brief designers and collaborators with clear creative direction that keeps execution aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
Production & Project Management Own content timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts — tracking every asset from ideation through publishing, managing revision rounds, and ensuring content goes live accurately and on schedule.
Performance & Optimization Monitor content performance across assigned accounts and review insights collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Strategist. Use data to recommend adjustments that improve results over time.
Platform & Trends Stay current on evolving platform features, algorithm changes, and content formats across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond. Bring relevant trends into client strategy proactively.
/ QUALIFICATIONS 2-5 years of agency experience in social media content strategy or content management
Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, platform-native voice
Demonstrated ability to originate social content concepts — not just execute them
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines independently
Experience presenting content strategy and creative concepts to clients
Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and evolving platform best practices
Proficiency in Asana or equivalent project management tools
Familiarity with design workflows, creative briefs, and QA processes
