Job Responsibilities
- Say something nice to every guest you meet.
- Answer phones with a friendly greeting
- Go out of your way to assist every guest.
- Make sure all guests are comfortable and cared for.
- Exhibit teamwork.
- Maintain a clean and stocked restroom.
- Effectively maintain wait and quote times.
- Give our first-time guests an extra special welcome.
- Communicate with SA's to ensure speedy table turns.
- Work hand-in-hand with Door Coordinator to ensure guest service.
