The Position Specifics
Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave.
Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist using the iPad system.
Keep the crowd excited while on a wait.
Answer phones, take to‑go orders, and enter them into the POS system.
Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes.
Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed.
Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables.
Is This Role For You?
Fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member.
Basic knowledge of Snooze service.
Familiarity with POS and iPad systems.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
Able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds.
At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
Prior experience recommended, not required.
Required Certification (Must obtain prior to employment)
All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment, including but not limited to California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification that meets the state’s standards.
