Fiber Administrative Assistant
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives on keeping teams aligned, projects moving, and leaders on track. As our Fiber Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our network, engineering, and construction teamsacting as the connective tissue that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
This is not a passive administrative role. The ideal candidate is confident managing up, anticipating needs, and bringing structure to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Partner closely with management and construction teams to organize, track, and move engineering and construction projects forward
Own project tracking systems, including creating and maintaining scheduling spreadsheets, reports, and status updates
Keep leadership organized and accountable by proactively following up on deadlines, deliverables, and priorities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation within Quickbase
Track, order, and manage inventory of network materials to ensure projects stay on schedule
Coordinate contractor compliance by obtaining and tracking certificates of insurance for all projects
Manage and maintain detailed records, including permits, project documentation, and materials tracking
Provide general administrative and data entry support as needed

Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and follow-through
The ability to prioritize and re-prioritize in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines
Confidence working independently while maintaining high productivity
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
Must pass a background check and drug test
