Customer Care Representative

Job Title

Duties:
Accept inbound customer calls and provide repair service by issuing work-orders to contractors for covered home warranty items
Assist customers by answering home warranty questions and explaining coverage
Follow-up with customers and contractors to ensure that service is performed in a timely manner, and with OneGuards high standard of quality
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Learn and exhibit a solid understanding of our various warranty plans and options
Recognize and act on opportunities to recommend and sell additional warranty coverage
Accurately and efficiently process new warranty orders
Skills/Requirements:
2+ years of customer service or related experience
Must be a relationship-builder with an ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment. Outstanding communication is required
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
