Job Description
As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in providing exceptional guest service, and maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage seating assignments.
Assist servers with guest requests and orders.
Maintain a clean and orderly dining area.
Monitor guest flow and optimize seating efficiency.
Follow food safety and sanitization procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
Base wage at minimum wage per hour + tips.
Competitive wages and tip‑out structure.
