Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time, Benefit Eligible)
Location: Neillsville, WI
Schedule: 36 hours/week | 8:00am-8:30pm, Tuesday, Friday, and every other weekend.
Are you looking to make a meaningful impact in recovery services? Deep River, a brandnew Substance Use Disorder treatment facility in Neillsville, WI, is seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team.
Deep River provides traumainformed, genderspecific residential treatment for adult men, operating under DHS 75 and DHS 83 licensing. Our team supports residents as they work toward sustainable recovery in a safe, structured, and hopeful environment.
What You'll Do
- Support, monitor, and interact with residents while providing positive role modeling
- Assist with daily living skills, housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Monitor or administer medications per program policies
- Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records
- Support treatment goals and respond to emergencies or crisis situations
- Transport residents to appointments and services as needed
- Participate in staff meetings and required training
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, or recovery support preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- DHS 83 training preferred (required after hire)
