About The Role
The Experience Specialist (ES) plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, inclusive, safe, and joyful environment for all guests. This position is responsible for engaging with guests, maintaining the overall experience quality, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Color Factory's values and artistic vision.

You possess a friendly and accessible disposition. Creates comfortable conditions to communicate, meet with, and share candid information.
You continually consider how each idea enhances or detracts from the customer experience. Doesn't sacrifice the customer experience for the sake of convenience or efficiency. Raises concerns when the customer experience is potentially at risk, even in difficult situations or conversations.

You are constantly on the hunt for learning opportunities, never feel as though you've learned everything there is to know about something.
Specific Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable and punctual, with excellent customer service experience.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs
