Job Description
Demonstrated long term (1-3 years) success managing an office during and extended construction project.
Required to have experience working within a specific role (Office Manager) of running office functions for a mid-sized office.
This contractor will handle any required office responsibilities supporting all Project, Construction and Office Managers on site with office tasks to include setting up and maintaining filing systems, answering phones, purchasing of office supplies, and any other required computer or office tasks as requested by the company's managers.
Qualifications
Required:
BS/BA Degree (not required) or equivalent experience 1-3 years minimum
Demonstrated analytical ability, quantitative and managing an office skills
Demonstrated strong personal computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business sense and high energy
Demonstrated ability to work across departmental boundaries, on multiple tasks, and with a high level of precision
Must foster an inclusive work environment and respects all aspects of diversity
Must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices
