An established insurance agency is expanding and looking for a Personal Lines Producer to build and grow a book of business in the Spartanburg market.
What You’ll Do:
Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and cold outreach
Sell personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, renters)
Build client relationships from prospecting through close
Stay focused on sales while account managers handle servicing
Base + draw to support ramp-up
50% new business commission / 20% renewal
Monthly + annual bonus opportunities
