Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Insurance Producer with strong communication skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys helping clients, and is passionate about sales and relationship‑building.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Follow up on leads and cross‑sell additional coverage when appropriate
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals
Qualifications
Active insurance license (Property & Casualty preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
