Job Title: Insurance Producer
We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing insurance organization to identify talented Insurance Producers. This is a confidential search for a high-impact role focused on driving new business and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
Generate new business across personal and/or commercial lines
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
Proven track record in sales, business development, or insurance production
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
