What You'll Do
Prospect and generate new personal and small commercial opportunities
Build and maintain referral partnerships
Conduct coverage reviews and round accounts
Present proposals and close business
Maintain strong documentation standards within our agency management system
Contribute to agency growth goals and production targets
Who You Are
Licensed Property & Casualty Producer (required)
2+ years of insurance experience preferred
Self‑starter who does not require micromanagement
Strong communicator (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
Comfortable networking, asking for referrals, and closing
Growth‑minded and performance‑driven
