Commercial Insurance Producer - Remote in State of Iowa

The Commercial Lines Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales.
This is a full-time position
The role may be fully onsite, fully remote, or hybrid remote, within the state of Iowa

Qualifications
Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. 2+ years of experience preferred.
Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
Responsibilities

Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
Quote and sell policies!
Compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour. Well-qualified candidate may be eligible for additional compensation.
