Title: Business Development Manager - Metalworking fluids & Lubricants
Location: Texas, USA (or surrounding states) (Remote)
Package: $130,000-$180,000 base salary, 25% bonus and additional benefits.

Irving Knight are partnered with a global multimillion dollar lubricant and metalworking fluid manufacturer. The role will focus on selling metalworking fluids, industrial lubricants, surface treatment fluids, industrial coatings, cleaners and more.
Key Responsibilities Include
Execute strategic business plans to drive profitable growth, expand market share, and hit gross margin targets.
Identify new accounts and build long-term relationships to stimulate consistent product demand across targeted segments.
Develop value-based proposals and customer presentations highlighting the tangible benefits of clients integrated solution-driven approach.
Qualifications
Experience : extensive hunter style business development sales experience within the lubricant or wider surface treatment industry.
Education : Bachelor’s degree; Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
Additional Expertise : Sold into metalworking fluid and industrial lubricant applications ideally OEMs, heavy machinery, automotive.
