What You’ll Do
Own and drive development schedules across multiple teams
Translate high-level product strategy into actionable roadmaps and milestones
Partner with Design and Engineering leads to define scope and delivery timelines
Proactively identify production risks and resolve blockers
Facilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs
Improve production workflows to increase clarity and velocity
Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations
Support live ops initiatives, seasonal content, and ongoing feature releases
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in game production or technical production
Experience shipping and operating a live-service game
Strong understanding of agile development and production frameworks
Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High ownership mentality and bias toward action
Nice to Have
Experience in competitive multiplayer or real-money gaming environments
Background in technical production
Experience in early-stage or high-growth studios
Passion for poker, strategy games, or competitive ecosystems
Mandarin proficiency (preferred but not required)
