Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time MLS Coordinator to support our sales team by managing accurate and timely listing data across multiple platforms. This predominately remote role is critical to ensuring our homes are presented professionally and consistently, while providing valuable reporting and research support.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain home listings in the MLS with accuracy and timeliness
Manage and update Showing Time entries and scheduling details
Conduct research on comparable sales and assist with appraisal data collection
Generate and distribute MLS and Showing Time reports
Input and manage open house information within the MLS
Upload and manage listing photos and videos, including minor photo editing
Perform data entry across internal systems (KOVA, Excel templates, and other company programs)
Ensure all listing information is current, complete, and compliant with MLS guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience with MLS systems and/or real estate data entry preferred
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data entry systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with photo editing tools is a plus
