Your Mandate
Originate residential transitional, bridge, and DSCR loans through direct and broker channels.
Build and own a book of relationships with developers, investors, and mortgage brokers.
Command the full deal lifecycle — from initial conversation through funded loan.
Contribute to product strategy by bringing real market intelligence back to the table.
Represent SimpleCREDIT at industry events, investment forums, and in the field.
Partner closely with underwriting and capital markets to structure and close deals efficiently.
Manage and forecast your pipeline with discipline — we expect rigor, not guesswork.
Develop your own market‑specific acquisition strategy and execute without waiting to be asked.
The Profile We Are Looking For

Someone who speaks the language of real estate operators — structures, risk, and return.

Credible and composed in front of sophisticated borrowers, brokers, and industry peers.

Experience
5+ years in originations, business development, or real estate finance.
Demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing private real estate loans.
Existing relationships with investors, developers, or brokers in the RTL or bridge lending space.
Background in private credit, bridge lending, or mortgage lending strongly preferred.
Loan origination licensing a plus, not a requirement.
