Role : Business Development Manager
Location: Seattle, WA, (In-office preferred)
Experience: Manager. 5–8+ years
Reports to: Sales Leadership / Founder
Role Overview This role focuses on client conversations, solution delivery, and deal closure .
You will engage directly with prospective clients, understand their goals, explain our offerings clearly, and guide them toward confident decisions.
This is a consultative, trust-driven sales role , not a high-volume transactional position.
Key Responsibilities 1. Prospect Engagement & Discovery Conduct high-quality discovery conversations with prospective clients.
Understand client goals, concerns, and decision criteria.
Assess fit and set clear expectations from the first interaction.
2. Solution Communication Clearly present offerings, timelines, and value propositions.
Customize conversations based on client background and needs.
Address objections with clarity, data, and empathy.
3. Deal Ownership & Closing Own deals from first call through close.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
Collaborate with growth and brand teams to improve conversion quality.
4. Market Feedback Share insights from client conversations with leadership.
Identify recurring objections, messaging gaps, and opportunities.
Contribute to refining offerings and positioning.
